Digital Freight & eFTI
Vedia is one of the pioneering companies in the development of electronic Freight Transport Information (eFTI) in Europe.
Since 2022, Vedia has participated in national and European eFTI development, including the development of Finland’s national eFTI infrastructure and EU-wide interoperability through European eFTI projects.
Vedia also develops its own eFTI platform for economic operators, helping carriers, logistics service providers, software companies and other logistics stakeholders exchange freight transport information digitally and prepare for the emerging European eFTI ecosystem.

Recycling & Circular Economy
Vedia develops scalable digital solutions for recycling and circular economy ecosystems.
Our platforms connect different stakeholders, digitalise recycling processes and enable data collection, monitoring, reporting and analytics across the recycling value chain.
A key example is DELV (Digital End-of-Life Vehicles), developed together with the Finnish vehicle recycling ecosystem. DELV connects the official vehicle recycling network in Finland into a common digital platform and provides tools for managing and analysing vehicle recycling data.
The platform has expanded to support areas such as:
- End-of-life vehicle recycling
- EV battery recycling and reporting
- Recycling data and business intelligence
- Digital collaboration between recycling ecosystem
- Authority reporting
- Reuse and circulation of valuable materials and components
