Biila Go helps customers to effortlessly have their car serviced with no need for live visits in the repair shop. The service consists of picking up the customer’s car from a requested address, driving the car to the service station and returning the car after maintenance.
This kind of service enables repair shops to create new ways to build their business when their premises are not filled with customers queuing for service in the morning, and thus the capacity of the repair shops can be used more effectively. The importance of location also decreases when cars are picked up and returned to customers’ homes or workplaces.
